News clipping (1)Old Agrobanka is going into bankruptcy. Though the Agency for Deposit Insurance has a deadline till half of May to decide what to do with this bank, which is under administration, the solution has already been agreed upon. The bank has 290.4 million euros of old claims from shareholders, as well as debts to companies which are in bankruptcy. Nova Agrobanka took over the deposits of citizens and entrepreneurs, small and medium-sized enterprises, as well as one part of claims. Shareholders of old Agrobanka will not be left empty-handed though this bank lost the permit for working. Their claims, either based on shareholders' stakes or investments on the stock market, stay in the bank under administrative management and they will be payable.
